This text reflects on the configuration presented in the states of Oaxaca, Chiapas and Guerrero, in Mexico, in this 21st century change, regarding labour migrations. At the beginning of this century, the offensive of capital on the workforce is widening, driven by the insatiable need for accumulation / reproduction in Latin America. In this perspective, we try to understand the reality of temporary migrant workers in Mexico, specifically in the states of Oaxaca, Chiapas and Guerrero, seeking to analyze their work and life trajectory. To this end, we set out to understand what meanings and senses the migratory process of labour has for the agro-industrial capital in Mexico, seeking to establish approximations with the reality presented in the Administrative Region of Presidente Prudente in São Paulo, Brazil.
